The project envisions the demolition of the existing Ofenbaur guesthouse and the construction of a new apartment residence with 39 apartments, including a gastronomy and wellness area.
The central design concept is the creation of a two-story massive base level, which will house the gastronomy area, the reception area, and the wellness area. A large portion of the apartments will be placed in the form of pavilions on the existing base. These apartments are planned to be constructed using timber and will be divided into individual units to emphasize the privacy of these areas.
